Growing company that services the restaurant and food service industry, is seeking person with good communication and phone skills to schedule jobs for mobile cleaning crews. Duties will include answering phones and providing customer service assistance to our clients
Requirements:
- Bilingual (spanish) is helpful but not required
- Computer Skills – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of FileMaker software a plus
- Moderate typing skills
- Filing & Organizing
- Good customer service and phone skills
- Abilty to multitask
Hours:
Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM
